Parking should be the least of your worries when organizing an event, so let us take the guess work out for you. With over 700 carparks available at the Vodafone Events Centre we make it easy for visitors to our venue to park up and get going with their day.
The Vodafone Event Centre has 24 hour a day, Pay and Display parking. The first hour is $4.00 and 50c thereafter. The pay machines onsite are cashless and there are a number of payment methods accepted. There are pay stations located at the North and South entrances of the venue. After you have entered your license plate number, you can pay by either:
Pay with the Inugo App
When attending an event at the Vodafone Events Centre you can now pay for parking via the Inugo app. Inugo is designed to eliminate all of the things that people hate most about parking; losing a ticket and long lines to validate parking. You can download the app on your smartphone via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
How to Use the Inugo App
There are two ways for a user to sign up for Inugo; manual account registration via the app or registering through Facebook.
Paying for Parking
To pay for your parking, you just need to enter your credit card details in the app. To do this; select Credit Card under the menu bar. Next, enter your credit card information and click Save in the upper right-hand corner. Please enter your license plate in the app before starting a parking session. Select Registration Plates under the menu in the app. This will allow our car park wardens to verify your payment during parking enforcement by running your license plate. Parking rates are $4.50 for the first hour including credit card fee, and 50c per hour thereafter.
When you arrive, start a parking session. This screen will show automatically when you arrive at the venue. Remember to end your parking session when you get back to your car! Simply click Show parking options and tap the big red button to end your parking session.
For in-app related support issues, users can contact Inugo support via the app. To contact supper to report an issue, open the menu bar and select Help on the bottom portion of the screen and then click Contact Us. For general feedback, enter your comments in the text box and click Send. For urgent enquiries, click firstname.lastname@example.org. This will generate an email for you to contact Inugo. Enter your support issue here and Inugo support will contact you ASAP.
