Planning your trip
Parking
Parking for buses and school vans is free of charge. Private cars will have to pay the $4.00 per day fee. Our carpark is pay and display. Parking machines take coins, credit cards and text payments from cell phones.
Directions
Please use entrance 1. Pick-up and drop-off at the Auckland International Airport Ltd Foyer at the Northern end of the venue. For directions to TelstraClear Pacific, please click here.
Food and beverages
Food and beverage facilities are generally not available at the venue at times of school visits. However, you are welcome to use the foyer areas and outdoor areas to eat brought lunches, morning or afternoon teas. Please confirm this with the Schools Coordinator at the time of booking.
Theatre Etiquette
Before your visit to a performance in the theatre, please remind your students of the following guidelines.
- Food and beverage is not allowed in the theatre
- Cell phones and other noisy electronic devices must be switched off
- Keep your voice down, especially when the actors are on stage
- No flash photography or videos
- No running
