Voyage to Te Papa
The winners of the Voyage to Te Papa schools competition flew to Wellington on October 30 2007 for a very special day at Te Papa. The three winning classes, from Counties Manukau schools were:
· Room 19 of Clendon Park School
· Room 2 of Takanini School
· Room 17 of Point View School
These three classes experienced their own Pacific Voyage as they were flown to Wellington to spend the day at the national museum, Te Papa, to visit its newest Pacific exhibition, Tangata o le Moana.
