Wedding Package

Imagine your wedding at one of Auckland’s most iconic venues! One of the important tasks in planning a wedding is booking the venue so call us now and we’ll help you pencil book your preferred dates.

Our standard Weddings Package* is $70+GST per person and includes:

  • Venue hire
  • Fine buffet menu
  • Catering service staff
  • Round banquet tables and chairs
  • Crockery, cutlery and glassware
  • A choice of black or white table linen
  • 1 x Duty Manager
  • 1 x Security Guard
  • Free carparking

*Minimum of 200 guests. Conditions of hire are applicable.


Daily Delegate Package

TelstraClear Pacific Events Centre is ideal not just for some of the country’s most prestigious events but is also ideally suited for small meetings with 7 function rooms.

A special rate of $49+GST per person is available. This includes morning and afternoon teas, and lunch delivered onsite by our catere; venue hire and free car parking.

School Ball Package

Party in style with our awesome School Ball Package! Our School Ball Package* includes:

  • Venue hire
  • VIP parking for 10 guests
  • Your own professional event coordinator
  • Photographer’s area
  • Coat check service
  • A security guard for every 200 guests
  • Buffet menu provided by Austin’s Food Design Events
  • Full banqueting tables with linen of choice (black or white)
  • Non-alcoholic beverages for 3 hours
