TelstraClear Pacific represents the new age in event centres by combining theme, iconic architecture and functionality to showcase your event. Located between State Highway One and Great South road we enjoy the highest visibility of any venue in New Zealand, complemented with ample car parking.

The Genesis Energy Theatre - The Genesis Energy Theatre features flexibility whilst also conforming to the traditional end stage format. The galleries in the theatre provide a sense of warmth and inclusion by encircling people around the periphery.
Sir Woolf Fisher Arena - Sports and other large-scale entertainment come to life in the Sir Woolf Fisher Arena. Innovative seating rising into the ceiling opens up an ambient banqueting hall and exhibition space.

MCC receives benefits from the Trust by way of a service contract where they pay the Trust $385k per year. |

- MCC has contributed less than 50% of the project cost. The national average for Councils contributions for such community projects is 76%.
- Within the first 5 months of operation the venue has enjoyed over 160,000 visitors to a wide range of events, and has given over $100,000 in venue hire subsidies/sponsorship to community groups, in addition to the $420,000 raised to deliver the Body Odyssey Exhibition.
- TelstraClear Pacific has opened debt free and is trading cash positively after 2 months of opening.
- Forward bookings are very strong with confirmed bookings in place for as far out as 2009.
